This Privacy Policy explains our information practices in connection with the Site, and our Terms of Service govern your use of the Site.

  1. The Information We Gather

Juglife Foundation gathers two types of information about users:

1.1. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, including when you use interactive features of the Site, we automatically collect Information, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version. We also collect usage information, such as the pages or content you view, click on or share, the clickstream patterns and length of time spent on the Site, details about how you’ve interacted with our Site, and searches you conduct. We use this information, for example, to improve our Site’s design and functionality, determine how many users have visited certain pages, or to prevent fraud.

An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Site, along with the time of the visit and the pages visited. We use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, diagnosing server problems, and administering the Site. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP Address.

We also use Cookies (i.e., small pieces of data that are stored on the computer you are using) and Pixel Tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) to help us collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Site, pages visited, searches entered, referrer URLs, device identifiers, language preferences, content clicked on, and other traffic data, as well as to determine the Site content user visits, the length of time each user spends at any particular area of the Site, and the specific functionality that users choose to use. We and our service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, and to enhance and personalize your experience. We also gather statistical information about use of the Site in order to continually improve its design and functionality, understand how it is used, and assist us with resolving questions regarding the Site. Cookies further allow us to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are on the Site. We may also use cookies or other technologies in online advertising to track responses to our ads.

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular website. You may also wish to refer to http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/index.html. If, however, you do not accept cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Site. You also may not receive advertising or other offers from us that are relevant to your interests and needs. We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.

Pixel tags may also be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Site (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Site and response rates. Our emails may also contain tracking pixels that identify if and when you have opened an email that we have sent you, how many times you have read it and whether you have clicked on any links in that email.

Google Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses Cookies and similar technologies to help analyze how users use the Site. Google uses the information it collects for the purpose of evaluating use of the Site, compiling reports on Site activity for us, and providing other services

relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also collect information regarding the use of other websites and online services. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ and exercise the opt-out provided by Google by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You may receive advertisements based on information relating to your access to and use of the Site and other websites or online services on any of your devices, as well as on information received from third parties. These companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of pixel tags). They also use these technologies, along with information they collect about your online use, to recognize you across the devices you use, such as a mobile phone and a laptop.

Collecting participants’ personal information (including their email address) allows Juglife Foundation to provide Promotions. Juglife Foundation uses participants’ personal information to award and redeem Promotions benefits. Otherwise, the types of personal information that Juglife Foundation collects from participants are generally similar to the types of personal information that Juglife Foundation collects from individuals who are not participants. Juglife Foundation seeks to ensure that both participants and non-participants have a positive and rewarding experience when shopping with Juglife Foundation. For this reason, Juglife Foundation may collect information from both participants and non-participants related to their personal preferences in order to provide personalized services, as described above under “The Information We Gather.” Juglife Foundation “sells” and “shares,” as the terms are defined under the CCPA, personal information of both participants and non-participants to third parties to personalize online advertising content, as described above under “Sale and Sharing of Personal Information.”

The value of customer personal information obtained through Promotions by Juglife Foundation arises from: the value that arises from Juglife Foundation’s commercial relationships, such as with business partners, vendors, and customers; the costs and expenses Juglife Foundation incurs in offering benefits to participants; the types of benefits provided; and the collection, use, and retention of the personal information of participants who have voluntarily signed up and chosen to participate. The value of Promotions benefits to participants varies significantly because individual participants take advantage of Promotions benefits in different ways and to varying degrees.

You may participate in Promotions on Juglife Foundation’s website.

Participants who are California residents may exercise their privacy rights, including the rights to know, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, without any impact on their participant status or eligibility to receive Promotions benefits, and participants who exercise their privacy rights receive the same benefits as participants who do not.
